Returns & Exchanges Card

Your order will now arrive with a Returns & Exchanges Card. Your response enables us to ensure each return or exchange is processed efficiently. Also, it's important for us to gather feedback so we can improve products for future releases. We appreciate any insight you can give for the reason why you'd like to return your items.

Returns

We respect that you may need to return an item occasionally. If you would like to return your items for a full refund, please indicate on the Returns & Exchanges card and return the goods to the returns address below. Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk and we advise to send via tracked mail. We are not liable for any items which go missing in the post and a claim must be made with the courier. For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have aftershave, grass/dirt stains, body odours or cigarette smoke.

Refunds must be returned within 14 days of receiving your item. If more than 14 days have passed since receiving the products, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund. The items must be in perfect original sale condition, unworn with tags still attached. 

Refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 days of arrival and sent to the payment method with which you paid for your items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate on the Returns & Exchanges Card with the size and colour you would like to exchange the product for. As soon as the return has been received, your exchange will be sent out to you. All exchanges are free of charge up to 14 days after your product has been received. The items must be in perfect original sale condition, unworn with tags still attached.
